She was predeceased by: her parents, Ladislaus "Wally" Ptak and Margaret Ptak; her sister Susan Ptak; and her niece Julie Pearson. She is survived by: her children, Kari Snyder (Matt), Jeffrey Molek and Michael Dombruski; her siblings, Mary Schuck (Phil), Jeanette Pearson (late Robert), Laura Taraszkiewicz (late Stan) and Walter Ptak; and her granddaughters, Evelyn Snyder and Emilia Snyder. She is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.
