He was predeceased by: his daughter Sandra Kay Mush (Jim); his parents, Oscar Howell and Alva Howell; and his brother Clarence Howell. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Howell; his children, Catherine Cohen (Lee), Diana Pompliano (Louis), Henry Howell (Kelley) and Joseph Howell; and his grandchildren, Eric, Bella, Maddie and Henry.
