He was predeceased by: his wives, Marcella, Lucille and Barbara. He is survived by: his children, Eileen Kozma (Joseph), Ronald Kanthack (Denise), Susan Berkholz and Daniel Kanthack (Lois); and his grandchildren, Bryan Kanthack (Dorinda), Jason Kanthack (Kristen), Jessica Luczak (Christopher), Melissa Rayyan (Morad), Kurt Berkholz (Dana), Erica Davis (Brian), Brenton Kanthack (Erin) and Bradley Kanthack (Gloria). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
