He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pente Sr. and Velma Vargo; his wife Barbara; his children, Steve (Marge), Julie, Linda and Michael (Angela); and his grandchildren, Karol, Jacob, Rachel, Jason, Ryan, Sarah, Matthew and Justin.
He is survived by: his sister Diane Miexner.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Molnar Funeral Homes (2544 Biddle Ave, Wyandotte, MI 48192). The lying in state was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (8109 Swan Creek Rd, Newport, MI 48166). A Mass was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
