He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth and Eunice; his stepfather Robert P. Hartupee; his parents-in-law, Henry and Dorothy Walter; and his sister-in-law Marianne Domino.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Kurth; his children, Craig Kurth (Adrienne Harris) and Melissa Kurth; and his siblings, Kathryn Scudder (late Kenneth), Charles Kurth (Linda), Donald Kurth (Linda) and Sally Southerland (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
