Burns Jr. of Wyandotte, Michigan, born in Trenton, Michigan, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emerson Burns and Ruth Burns; his spouse Terry; his children, Sarah Miciura (Kris) and Kyle; his sister Nancy Hinsman (Henry); his grandchildren, Emerson, Joanna, Brendan and Corinne; his niece Laura Janeczek (Todd); and his nephew Jon Hinsman (Jennifer).

Donations may be made in John's honor to the Salvation Army Downriver Corps.
