He is survived by: his wife Karen Akers; his daughters, Roxanne Williams (Mark) and Justine Jensen; his siblings, Bill Akers (Gayle), Larry Akers (Shannon), Nancy Price (Jim), Barry Akers (late Tracy), Denny Akers (Tonya), Connie Nash (Donald) and Rhonda (Patrick); and his grandson Noah Williams.
