He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Noel; and his brothers, Roy Noel and Donald Noel. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Pugh (Wayne), Susan Hoop (Daniel), Jennifer Noel-Deskins and Jacquelyn Harrill (Tim); his grandchildren, Christopher (Lisa), Sarah (David), Audrey, Michael (Clare), Avery, Sydney, Olivia and Sophia; his great grandchildren, Brandyn and Grayson; and his siblings, Leon Noel and Sharon Kunitz (Bob). He is also survived by 7 grand-dogs.
