She is survived by: her husband Ronald Chadwick; her children, Mark Chadwick (Stormy), Eileen Thomas (Jon) and Christina Metzoian (Tony); and her grandchildren, Adam, Lindsey, Olivia, Zoe, Grace, Wyn and Kailey. She is also survived by four sisters and three brothers.
