He is survived by: his wife Barbara Miller; his children, Loretta Dishon, Bob Miller (Kitty), Debbie Johnson (Butch), Tina Miller (Cathy Whitten) and Gary Miller (Cathy); and his grandchildren, Kelly Terry (Craig), Cy Miller (Jenny), Kim Hayes (Matt), Brian Dishon, Lisa Hayes (Tom), Donna Lewandowski (Dave), Crissy Pierce (Eric), Trinity Miller, Anthony Brown, Griffin Miller and Carson Miller. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
