He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce. He is survived by: his daughters, Tara and Nicole; and his grandchildren, Angela Jean Kieler, Dakota Hinson, Summer Sanfilippo, Tiffany Baker, Joey Baker and Brendan Adkins. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
