Edward R. Elsesser Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2023, at the age of 87, Edward R. Elsesser (Wyandotte, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary (Karp); his children, Margaret Elsesser, Michael Elsesser (Sherrie Simmons), Thomas Elsesser (Barbara), Joseph Elsesser (Sharon), Julie Poslajko (John) and Susan Ruehle (Kevin); his grandchildren, Steven (Mary Anne), Valerie (Garrett), Rachel, Brian (Maggie), Renee, Emily (Andy), Mary (Brad), Justin, Maddy, Jack, Carly, Kate, Nick, Tom, Chris and Mikey; his great grandchildren, Lewis, Zane, Cora, Charlotte and Melody; and his son Joe. He was also cherished by his children and grandchildren.
He served as administrator of the Edmund T. Bott Education Foundation, which he developed to assist local school children by providing scholarships to Wyandotte Catholic Consolidated school.
