He is survived by: his wife Jillian Marie Bogart; his daughters, Olivia Bogart and Kara Bogart; his parents, Laura Bogart and Edward Bogart (Laura); his siblings, Josh Bogart, Jessie Bogart and Nate Bogart; his pet P. J.; his brother Nathan; and also Adrianna Bogart.
