She was predeceased by: her son William Hayslip. She is survived by: her children, Robert Hayslip (Steve Marcus), David Hayslip (Connie), Danny Hayslip and Sarah Cashero; her grandchildren, Melinda, Amber, Kyrsten, Billie, Samantha, Hollie, Hunter, Elizabeth, Averie and Lillian; and her siblings, Thomas Lange and Earl Lange. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
