He is survived by: his children, Terry Harper (Tracy), Jessica Harper (Sarah), Brytany Bailey (Alex) and Crystal Bailey (Brandon); his grandchildren, Bricen Harper, Ainslea Harper, Ashlyn Harper, Elena Rodriguez and Raziel Rodriguez; his brother Mark Harper (Deb); his aunts, Ruth Maughan and Virginia Wagner; and his siblings-in-law, Sue Harper and David Liddle.
