She was predeceased by: her spouse Roy Gurisko; and her sons, Michael Gurisko (Shari), Raymond Gurisko and Leo Gurisko. She is survived by: her children, Geralyn Mead (John), Lucy Shonk (Jack), Louis Gurisko, Susan Gobb (Greg), Patrick Gurisko (Jill), Christopher Gurisko (Carrie) and David Gurisko (Diane); and her grandchildren, Johnny Gurisko (Delicia) and Christopher Jr..
