He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hovis and Gloria Hovis (Hoss); his stepmother Beverly; and his siblings, George (Carolyn), Alan (Svetlana), Bradley (Tammie), Juliann and Dawn.
He is survived by: his children, Brandi Lynn and Brian; and his grandchildren, Steven, Tristan, Dylan, Brian, Nathaniel, Elliana and Uncle. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
