He was predeceased by: his parents, Caleb Tackett and Annie Tackett (Caudill); and his wife Janet Leedy Tackett. He is survived by: his children, Bruce, Julie (Joseph) and Lora (Mark); and his grandchildren, Joshua (Emily), Justin, Holly and Travis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
