He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lukawski and Nancy Lukawski. He is survived by: his brother Christopher Lukawski (Brandi); his grandmother Nina McCormack; and his nieces and nephews, Emily, Cheyenne, Christopher, Adelynn, Veyda, Brendan and Dylan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
