He is survived by: his daughters, Kari Yonkers-Perry (Eric) and Jamie Knoertzer (Kurt); his wife Polly; his grandchildren, Anna, Christian, Isaac, Lydia, Levi, Derick, Hannah, Jake, Jon and Jordan; and his sister Yvonne Cobb. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
