He is survived by: his parents, Ken Heise (Karen Heise) and Denise Durkee; his children, Ella and Kasein; his siblings, Andrew Dragoo and Allie Legg (Carson); his grandparents, Gerald, Sandra Durkee and Joyce Heise; and his nieces, Holland and Francis Legg. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (6261 Velte Rd, Woodland, MI 48897).

In Lieu of flowers the family requests donations to either Easterseals MORC or Manna's Market.
