George Speas Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Speas of Woodland, Michigan, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on June 18, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Demond and Doriene Speas Demond (White); his wife Nadine Louise Cook (Cook); his siblings, Paul Speas and Shirley Faith Wilson (Speas); his brothers-in-law, Larry Lepard and Jerald Cook (Jake); his children, Karen Rogers (Mark) of LakeOdessa, Jeff Speas (Renee) of Lake Odessa, Janneth Hulett (James) of Allendale and Beth Foltz (Steve) of Sunfield; his siblings, Eileen McIntyre (Red) of Okemos, Sharon Engle (Mark) of Battle Creek, Valerie Morgan (Ernie) of Battle Creek, Lonnie Ott and Stephen Speas (Deb); and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Cook (Eash) of Wolverine and Joanne Speas (Hall) of Fruitland Park. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
