He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Henk and Shirley Henk (Prisby). He is survived by: his brothers, Leonard A. Henk (Carol) and Dr. Gregory J. Henk (Christine); his nephew Dr. Brian Patrick Henk (Bessie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brooklyn, Erin Bode (Ben) and Andrew Henk; his nephew Mike E. Clark; and his pet Mikey J. Fox.
