She is survived by: her parents, Loren Mazurek and Lisa Mazurek (Grashuis); her brother Harrison; her grandparents, Henry, Rika Ritsema and Jeralee Mazurek; her aunts, Chris Hamilton (Al), Cindy Azanov (Alex) and Janet Heldt (Jim); her uncle Lynn Mazurek; and her cousins, Jennifer, Nicole, Michael, AJ, Ellie, Naomi, Abigayle and Samuel. She is also survived by many extended family and dear friends.
