Denise Lynn Phelps-Johnson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Denise Lynn Phelps-Johnson of Wolverine, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her father Robert Phelps of Cook; her pets, Hazel and Jeni; her husband Craig "CJ" Johnson; her mother Pat Kain (Schinzel) of Grand Blanc; her stepdaughters, Molly Johnson of Saginaw and Shannon Johnson of Saginaw; her brothers, Brett Phelps of Bowling Green, KY, Patrick Phelps of Bowling Green, KY and James Phelps (Chas) of Davison; and her parents-in-law, Diane and Charles Johnson of Davison. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins and many, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are encouraged to the Denise Phelps-Johnson Memorial Scholarship for Math. Donations to the scholarship fund may be made through a GoFundMe account set up in Denise's memory (see link below).
