He is survived by: his wife Lolly; his daughters, Cindy Monroe (Pat) and Chris Meister; his brothers, Warren Schave and Michael Michalczuk; and his grandchildren, Sean Monroe, Erin Phillips (Jeremy) and Lindsey Mundy (Stephen).
