He is survived by: his children, Alan Nelson, Ami Burbidge, Nicole Eberline (David), Eric Imms (Denise), Paul Imms and Lisa Hicks (David); his grandson Matthew Burbidge; and his sister Judy Rubenstein (Erwin). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
