He is survived by: his sons, Michael Purvey (Denise), Joseph Carroll (Amber) and Gary Carroll; his grandchildren, Courtney, Brian, Christopher (Tabitha), Brandon, Nicole and Dana; his great grandchildren, Christopher, Chase, Bryson, Colton, Elijah and Briggs; and his sister Donna Elmore (late James).
