He is survived by: his sisters, Connie Puckett and Linda Bowren; his wife Gail Ellis; his child Thomas Ellis (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Jaelynne, Camryn, Bryson and Tobin; his daughter Lori Brenneman (Scott); his grandchildren, Drake, Jamison and Gemma; his son Matthew Ellis (Angela); and his grandchildren, Dakota and Weston.
