He is survived by: his significant other Michele "Mickey" Onofrey; his children, Mark Maiberger (Regina Hieber) and Karen Lavey; his stepchildren, Tammy Cernuto (Vince) and Michael Onofrey, IV; and his grandchildren, Kate Bell (Steve), Patrick H. Lavey, Jr., Madelynn Cernuto, Camryn Cernuto and Vincent Cernuto. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
