He was predeceased by: his siblings, Larry Fowler (Patricia), Marlow Flower (Cricket), Bobby Katz, Judy Norris (late Fred) and Sharon Green (late Bob).
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Carter of Kentucky, Kenneth Carter (Michelle) of Indiana and Darryl Carter of Kentucky; his granddaughters, Candice, Amber and Emily; and his siblings, Beverly Booth (Barry) of Willis and Patricia Anderson (Randy) of Saline.
