She is survived by: her husband Geary Middleton; her daughters, Deanna Galyean (Brian) of Aurora and Michele O'Malley of Willis; her grandchildren, Ryan, JordanKaye, Aubrey and Sean; her great grandchildren, Alexandra, Rylee and Elyjah; her siblings, Charles Howard (Carol) of Milan, George Robert Howard (Debra) of Bullsgap, Della Hoskins of Jellico, Phyllis "Sue" Meadows of Belleville and Pauline Rittner (Richard) of Windsor; and her siblings-in-law, Elise Howard and Dennis Nelson.
