He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan "John" Kalniczenko and Maria Kalniczenko (Ciok); and his former wife Kathy Jaworski. He is survived by: his children, Tracey Kostamo of Wayne, MI, Lisa Hamilton (Bill) of Evart, MI, Kelley Macy (Tracy) of Port Huron, MI, Nicole Livy (Ed) of Willis, MI and Sara Roberts of Kalamazoo, MI. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans or the American Lung Association, for COPD research, and would be appreciated.
