He was predeceased by: his parents, Morrill "Johnny" Waltz and Margaret Waltz (Gephart); and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his wife Malinda; his sons, Dave, Jon and Tim; and his grandchildren, Joelle, Jacob, Bill, Andy, Heather, Liz and Allie.
