He was predeceased by: his parents, Dante Monaco and Maryanne Monaco (Crimmins). He is survived by: his wife Theresa (Clay); his stepsons, Cameron, Ricky (Tara) and Seth; and his close friends, Jimmy Sylvester, Jessie Love and Josh Lowe. He is also survived by several brothers-in-laws and sisters-in-laws, many special nieces and nephews.
