He is survived by: his wife Jane White; his children, Peggy Lynne Meli (Rodney), David William Bush and Chris Bush (Kim Anderson); his siblings, Dick Bush (Bobbi), JoAnn Moore and Sally Joostberns; and his grandchildren, Brenda Strubel, Wendy Meli, Katelyn Bush, Samantha Bush and Simon Bush.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to a charity of one's choice.
