She is survived by: her siblings, Joan Bement (Bob) and Jerry Morse (Kathy); and her nieces and nephews, Jeff Foy (Judy), Becky Foy (Jo), John Foy, Angie Kenney (Rob), Darrin Barclay (Jen) and Josh Curtis (Katie).

Contributions may be directed to the Capital Area Humane Society in Elaine's name.
