It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald James Monette of Williamston, Michigan, who passed away on July 5, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Monette and Stella Monette (Patricia); his son Dean; and his siblings, Joe, Jean Monette and Ruth Ann Cox.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Swette, Lynn Oshnock, Douglas, Dan Monette and Don Monette; and his wife Pat. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Don was a fervent supporter of St. Mary's Church in Williamston, and his family would appreciate that in lieu of any flowers for donations to be made to the St. Mary Catholic School scholarship fund, 220 N Cedar St, Williamston, MI 48895.
