She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar and Karen; her husband K. Barton Hammill; and her brothers, Alfred Neuman, Elmo Neuman, David Neuman and Dennis E. Neuman.

She is survived by: her daughter Linn Kay Hammill Balsley (Rollin); her grandchildren, Lori Conklin (Terrance), Jenifer Howard (Scott) and Derek Hess; her great grandchildren, Jackson Howard, Sarah Howard, Cormac Conklin and Kieran Conklin; and her sister Lola Neuman Brolier. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close friends and extended family.
