He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank William and Kay Ann Tezak (Robinson). He is survived by: his pets, Maverick and Rudy; his wife Betty Ann White; his sons, Adam and Andrew; and his siblings, Kandice Tezak and Kim Tezak (Tina). He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
