He was predeceased by: his parents, John Janik and Helen Janik (Rudzik); his son Jesse Janik; and his sister Pamela Alder (Robert). He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth; his children, Joseph Janik (Quincy), Cody Mavis, Travis Mavis and Jacqueline Morley; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Samantha Morley; and his siblings, Carmen Pegan (William), John Janik (Sheri), Joseph Janik (Dee Brendal), Joyce Lowry (James), James Janik (Patricia) and Jerome Janik (Carmen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
