He is survived by: his parents, Kimberly Ann Gilbert and Jxn Txn Hoogeveen; his stepfather Jerry Ramirez; his siblings, Jxn, Chanel, Kim and Isabel; his grandparents, Caroline Gilbert and Larry Lake; his aunts and uncles, William Gilbert, Michael Gilbert (Stephanie), Paulette Cypher, Eric Gilbert (Jennifer), Melissa Salvatore III (John), Andrea Stickney (Justin), Julie Gilbert, Abigail Ramirez, Brian Ramirez (Kasha), Gabby Ramirez, Cam Romanelli, Ryan, Sarin, Axel, Jxn, Ray and Xyz Hoogeveen; and also, Jerry and Polly Ramirez Sr.. He is also survived by cousins and many friends.

Memorial contributions in his honor may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to the Make A Wish Foundation because he always loved to help other kids.
