He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Mahan (Eunice) and Eunice Mahan; his grandsons, Marcus Wilson and Rodney Wooten; his great grandchildren, Jimar Jones, Dacari Mahan and Tatiana Mahan; and his siblings, Ben, Ottis, Eddie Mosley, Claritha Jackson, Dorothy Burns and Callie Person.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberle Mahan-West; and his daughters, Felicia Wilson, Marcella Wright (Eric), Loree Moore, Twyla Mahan, Makayla Hillier (Dylan) and Nekisha Lewis. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
