She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bartlett and Marie Bartlett; and her sister Shirley Grandy. She is survived by: her husband Keith; her children, Tara Hostetler (Scott) and Bradley Hasty (Heather); her grandchildren, Brittany Prusick (Jared), Hailey Hostetler, Tyler Hostetler, Arika Hasty, Carter Nelkie and Colton Hasty; and her great grandchild Ryker Prusick.
