It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nellie Joan Gawlik of Whittemore, Michigan, who passed away on January 18, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Nichols and Nellie Nichols (Hensey); her siblings, Ronald Nichols, Norman Nichols Sr. and Carol Snyder; and her grandson Brian Taphouse.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Gawlik; her children, Sabrina Hall (Michael), Terri Jo Gawlik, Renee Streeter (Robert) and Frank Daniel Gawlik (Renea); her siblings, Lloyd Nichols, Linda Mullennix, Brenda Carson and Arlene Tremble (Dan); her grandchildren, Natalie, Nicholas, Christopher, Joshua, Brandon, Shayla, Jordan, Autumn, Nathaniel, Garrett, Cody and Kayla; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Aiden, Allison, Hunter, Destiny, Raygen, Gunner, Brianna, Kalyn, Colton, Grant, Landin, Adrian, Ryder, Autumn, Arthur and Aubrey; and her close friend Tia.
