She was predeceased by: her father Douglas Scott; her husband James Tyson; her son-in-law Brian Petri; her great grandchild Zachary Tyson; and her sisters, Sheryl Webb and Terry Hoon.
She is survived by: her mother Lucy Scott (Palmer); her children, Bryan Allen (Tanya), James Tyson, Jr. (Kaulana), Thomas Tyson (Cheyanne), Steven Tyson (Mary) and Brandy Petri; and her siblings, George, Ronald, Thomas, Marty, Peggy, Laura and Judith. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
