He is survived by: his parents, Joshua Blakely and Erin Blakely of Whittemore, Michigan.; his grandparents, Larry, Carla Grezeszak of Whittemore, Richard and Darlene Blakely of Prescott; his great-grandparents, Carl (Gus), Sandy Lange, Wayne (Chum), Diane Grezeszak and Marie Tabor; his uncle Ricky Blakely; and his godparents, Emily Lange of Whittemore and Riley Dobbs of East Tawas. He is also survived by many extended family members and wonderful friends.
