She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Hinkley and Frances Hinkley (Whitney); her brother Clark Hinkley, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, June Hinkley, Mike Reinstadler and Gene Martin.
She is survived by: her husband Philip Partlo of Whittemore; her sons, Tom Partlo and Walter Partlo (Bonnie) of Lansing; her grandchildren, Alex Partlo (Dorothy) of Prescott and Emerson Partlo (Iesha) of Rush City, MN; and her sister Marilyn Martin. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; a step-granddaughter; a step-grandson; 6 step-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Whittemore United Methodist Church in Elva's name.
