He was predeceased by: his parents, James Weaver and Patricia Weaver; his sister Patricia Roux (Renee); his mother-in-law Elizabeth Blackburn; and also John Blackburn.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his children, Anthony Charles Weaver, Jessica Anne Weaver and Rebecca Jean Weaver; and his siblings, James Weaver (Debra), Marian Stanley, Theresa Dery (Matthew), Lawrence Weaver, Dawn Gorman, Kim DeFour, Thomas Blackburn (Carol), Leon Blackburn, Jennifer Salinis, John Blackburn, Olivia Richardson and Kylie Robbins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
