He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Van Steenis and Wilma Van Steenis (Neile). He is survived by: his wife Laura Van Steenis; his children, Stefanie Van Steenis, Kelly Doyle and Caitlin Van Steenis; and his grandchildren, Mason Daniel Walker, Daniel Brian Van Steenis II, Kinzlie Elaine Badall and Kylie J. Badall.
